I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these resources developed by Aboriginal Education for teachers and students throughout Tasmania. These guides assist teachers in being able to take students out and use Country in teaching and learning; specifically Sea Country. I was engaged over a several days to photograph staff and students as well as develop digital graphics that have been used throughout the documents.

It was a joy to photograph children out on Country learning about the resources it provides and the lessons it can teach us. As well as seeing Tasmanian Aboriginal educators in action, sharing their knowledge, culture and passions. Congratulations to Port Sorell Primary School staff and their students who were the first to participate in the program and a massive thank you to the team at Aboriginal Education for having me along.

These resources are now available via The Orb along with a heap of other resources for teachers, students and the broader community.
